Please noted that, according to the requirement of the National Accreditation Body, our company had updated all the certificates which related to the ESYD logo missing and have the local office mentioned, previous certificates had been withdrawn, in order to correct and eliminate the above risks, preventing the circulating in the market.
For the manufacturers, please inform your client to use the updated certificates which had been sent to the manufacturer, instead of the previous ones. If the certificates had already been circulated in EU market by your client, please kindly inform them to replace from your side. It will be the responsibility for the manufacturers to tracing back with replacing the certificate.
For the product final users, please kindly request these new certificates from the manufacturers accordingly, or contact us directly to replace your old one if under the manufacturer’s authorize.
